If there is any behavior in the cooperation unit that violates the relevant laws and regulations of the state or the Rules for the Implementation of the Science and Technology Innovation Investment Guidance Fund of Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area, Beijing E-Town International Industrial Investment Management Co., Ltd. can cancel its cooperation qualification.
