On August 23, a "New supplication, new mode, new opportunities-2016 China innovative leaders” forum was held in the Beijing Economic and Development Area.

Beijing E-Town International Investment & Development Co., Ltd (E-Town Capital) is a Stated-owned investment and financing company with the mission of promoting industrial upgrading and technological innovation in Beijing E-Town. Oriented to real economy industrial development and adhering to financial service innovation, E-Town Capital has since its foundation combined the resources of government and the market to constantly build platforms for diversified industrial investment as well as all-round financial service. It has established many professional subsidiaries including Beijing E-Town International Industrial Investment Management Co., Ltd., Beijing E-Town International Guarantee Co., Ltd., Beijing E-Town International Small-credit Co., Ltd., Beijing Mobile E-Town Co., Ltd. and E-Town International Holding (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd.

E-Town Capital was assigned by the Beijing municipal government as one of the five management institutions for equity investment funds. To date, E-Town Capital has invested in 110 projects, with a total investment of 23.5 billion yuan ($ 3.53 billion). Its parent fund system owns over 50 funds in total, and manages funds valued at more than 280 billion yuan. 

A recently-signed contract between E-Town Capital and China Industrial-financial platform will take advantage of both industries and finance, bring international and China-leading enterprises to E-Town, intensify the capital's technological innovation and cultural centers and support enterprises which encourage mass entrepreneurship and innovation.
