China-Finland Eco-Innovation Park to be E-town name card
A "Clean E-town, Sustainable Development" China-Finland Eco-innovation Park road show was jointly hosted by the Beijing Economic-Development Area management committee and Vassa's municipal government on Oct 18 at the Economic-Development Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei International Road Show center in Beijing.
The unveiling ceremony of the China-Finland International Clean Energy Week and the signing ceremony of a Sino-Finish cooperation program, representing the moment the China-Finland Ecological innovative park project entered its substantive stage, were held during the event. Several new energy enterprises, including Wapice, Ampner, SUBSEA-Energ, Noveteks and Silexcomp, were present.
The China-Finland Ecological innovative park, an international cooperation platform, covers an area of about 126,800 square meters (31.31 acres) [I changed kilometers to meters]and is located in E-town street east, along with well-known enterprises like Jingdong, MIUI, Vancl and Letv.
The park is positioned to become the center of the global mobile green energy industry and makes continuous efforts toward this end in terms of services and capital financing.
Five service platforms of international cooperation, information operation, professional technology, scientific financing and incubation were created to support the development of the park’s industries. Over 50 activities have been held over the past 8 months.
Beijing E-Town International Investment & Development Co., Ltd (E-Town Capital), as a national financial capital investment and fund-raising company, offers capital support for the construction of the park. For its part, Finland, a nation known for its high-tech information industry and top global eco-smart cities, cooperates with E-town to advance the park’s technical development.
