A delegation led by Geng Zhiyun and Liu Yihong, chief accountant and chief economist of Beijing Future Science Park Development Group visited Beijing E-Town International Investment & Development Co (E-Town Capital) on Aug 21. 

During the visit a talk was held attended by E-Town officials, including Zhang Jialun, vice-president of E-Town Capital; Zhang Wendong, president of Beijing E-Town International Financing Guarantee Co, and Yan Zongmin, general manager of Beijing E-Town International Financing Leasing Co. 

Zhang Jialun presented his views on Beijing’s construction of “three cities and one district” ––– Zhongguancun Science City, Huairou Science City, Future Science City and Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (BDA). He also outlined BDA’s development history, its advantageous location and industrial layout, as well as E-Town Capital's mission and vision.

Zhang Wendong detailed E-Town Capital’s three types of funds and said that the two sides should strengthen exchanges and cooperation to promote the application of more scientific and technological achievements.

Geng promised that Beijing Future Science Park Development would learn from E-Town Capital’s experience in capital operation, establishing funds, and providing financial services. 

Liu discussed mergers and acquisitions, financing guarantees and financial leasing with E-Town officials. 

The meeting concluded with both sides agreeing to explore ways to cooperate in the development of Future Science City and the BDA.
