Beijing E-Town International Investment & Development Co (E-Town Capital) held a training session for 43 new employees from both its headquarters and subsidiary companies, on Sept 20.
At the beginning of the training session, Ye Bin, general manager of E-Town Capital, delivered a welcome speech. He told the group of new recruits that they should continually refresh their knowledge to thrive in the company.

Ye also asked new employees to try to understand the company’s vision, adapt to its culture and follow its regulations, in order to quickly succeed in their new workplace.
E-Town Capital operates many different kinds of business, including in direct investment, parent funds, industrial parks, and financial guarantees. Extensive details of the company’s work were provided at the training session.
After the training session, new employees also visited Beijing Benz Automotive Co, Mobile E-Town Innovative Center and the Science and Technology Hall of Beijing E-Town Management Committee. The new employees all made a pledge that they would work hard and do their best for the company.
