E-Town Capital releases new employee handbook

A new employee handbook was presented to staff working at Beijing E-Town International Investment & Development Co (E-Town Capital), with a series of training sessions held on Oct 17 and 18.
The sessions were hosted by the firm’s human resources department with the participation of 11 departments.
During the training sessions, which were attended by 70 percent of the company’s employees, new company rules and regulations, including employment policies, benefits and general information, were presented to attendees.
In addition, the sessions introduced the company’s management structure to staff and outlined the company’s strategic vision for the future.
