In 2009, E-Town Capital increased its investment by 120 million yuan ($17.82 million) in Beijing North Microelectronics Co (hereinafter referred to as NMC) to support its development of company facilities.  

In 2012, E-Town Capital provided special allocation funds to NMC to access the company’s intellectual property rights and to ensure the smooth implementation of its 90/65nm Etching Machine R&D and Industrialization Project.

In 2015, the listed company Beijing Sevenstar Electronics Co issued shares to acquire the entire share capital of NMC, and changed its name to NAURA Technology Group Co (hereinafter referred to as NAURA); the stock code is 002371.SZ.

NAURA has gathered a group of experts and students returning from overseas to actively explore international mainstream advanced technology, in etching process, thin film technology, plasma technology, precision machinery, automation and software, ultra-high vacuum, etc. The company has accumulated core technical advantages and has become a provider of high-end equipment and process solutions with international influence.
