In June 2010, in order to further improve its capital operation platform, Beijing E-Town International Investment and Development Co (E-Town Capital for short) was granted a 24.89 percent stake in the listed company Songliao Automobile Co (stock code: 600715.SH), becoming its largest shareholder.
In August 2015, E-Town Capital introduced investors including Beijing Cultural Assets Holdings Co to Songliao Automobile, and E-Town Capitals’s shareholding ratio was thus decreased to 6.77 percent.
In April 2016, Songliao Automobile completed the name change and the stock abbreviation was changed to Cultural Investment Holdings Co.
As of Sept 30, 2018, E-Town Capital and its subsidiaries hold a 7.8 percent stake in Cultural Investment Holdings Co, making it the fourth largest shareholder of the listed company.
