In order to start commercial operations, build a platform for transforming intellectual property  (IP) rights to commercial assets, improve the level of intellectual property commercialization, and respond to competition from foreign intellectual property operators, Beijing E-Town International Investment and Development Co and Zhongguancun Development Group Co jointly initiated the establishment of Beijing Intellectual Property Management Co.
