Financial information project invitation for bids notice

I. Introduction to the bidding project

Beijing E-Town International Investment and Development Co., Ltd. (E-Town Capital for short) is currently inviting tenders for their financial information project, and will select the preferred implementer. The relevant matters concerning the tender are announced as follows:

1. Project Name: Beijing E-Town International Investment and Development Co., Ltd. Financial Information Project

2. Project content:

(1) Software required for financial information project;

(2) System application software implementation and services.

3. Name of the bidding unit: Beijing E-Town International Investment and Development Co., Ltd.

4. Bidder's address: Building No 61, BDA International Enterprise Avenue, No 2 North Jingyuan Street, Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area

5. Source of funds: self-raised.

Ⅱ. Bidder qualification requirements

1. Registered within the territory of the People's Republic of China, able to independently bear civil liability, have the ability to produce or supply, have legal personality and the right to enter into contracts independently.

2. The bidder shall be incorporated for no less than 2 years; the registered capital shall be 8 million yuan ($1.2 million) or more.

3. Bidders should have a complete financial system solution with high implementation development and integration services capabilities, with at least four large enterprise implementation cases.

4. Bidder should have the ability and experience of the financial system information project requirements in terms of professional technology, personnel organization, and performance experience.

5. The name of the legal entity in the bidder's qualification certificate shall be the same as the name of the bidder. This project does not accept any form of subcontracting, back-to-back contract, and any form of joint implementation.

6. The bidders should be in good financial condition and can meet the project implementation needs.

7. The bidder shall carefully prepare the bidding documents in strict accordance with the relevant requirements in the composition of the bidding documents. The content compiled shall be true and reliable, and shall provide the qualification certificates and related materials for the production or sale of the bidding products. The tenderer reserves the right to further request the bidder supplement the relevant materials. If the refusal to supplement the materials or the materials provided is untrue, it will be deemed as an automatic waiver of the bidding qualification.

Ⅲ. Bid file receipt information

1. Submission of bid documents

All bidders who have received the invitation to bid for this project are required to submit the bid documents to the 10th Floor, Building No 61, BDA International Enterprise Avenue, No 2 North Jingyuan Street, Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area, from 9:00 am to 17:00 pm from July 24, 2018 to July 27, 2018.
