Amp'ed RF Technology was founded in December 2009 and the company’s Tianjin branch was listed as part of the New OTC (Over the Counter) Market (Ampd: 839902) in November 2016.

Its main products include Bluetooth modules, 2.4G/5G dual-band WiFi chips, and voice-dedicated processing chips (ASIC). Its products are mainly used in M2M wireless local area transmissions and audio localization processing.

In October 2018, Beijing E-Town International Investment & Development Co (E-Town Capital) invested in the company.

With the help of E-Town Capital, Amp'ed RF Technology was able to cooperate with customers such as Xiaomi and Feitu and establish a direct business relationship with SMIC to solve pertinent issues before mass production begins.

Amp'ed RF Technology has been expanding into the international market and seeking international customers. It has established relationships with international customers such as Amazon and Honeywell and has begun testing related products.
