SPIC
In December 2015, Beijing E-Town International Investment and Development Co (E-Town Capital for short), along with State-owned capital including the China Reform Fund, took part in the equity diversification reform of State Power Investment Co (also known as SPIC), which is part of the industrial financial sector of China Electronics Co (CEC).
CEC is a big State-owned company directly managed by the central government. It is one of the leading IT enterprises in China.
SPIC is positioned as an integrated financial services provider and has gathered CEC's intrinsic capital operations and outstanding financial professionals, and successfully led the privatized acquisition of technology.
Montage Technology is one of the two companies in the world with a DDR4 certified by Intel. It is also an important supplier of international mainstream memory manufacturers such as Samsung, Hynix and Micron, and serves international information security companies such as HP, IBM, and DELL.
Investing in the SPIC project, with the help of the CEC industry base and capital operation resources, is conducive to the industrial upgrading of the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area.
Also, through business collaboration, it can accelerate the development of E-Town Capital.
