E-Town Capital hosts business training sessions
Beijing E-Town International Investment & Development Co -- or E-Town Capital -- hosted a business training sessions on Nov 30.
They said the program was part of E-Town Capital’s series of business training designed to facilitate the transformation and upgrading of Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area, as well as to attract and train top flight staff for resident companies.
Some 90 employees of E-Town Capital attended the training session.
Ye Bin, general manager of E-Town Capital, gave a speech at the training session, outlining information on the background and requirements of the training session.
The program invited Lan Hongbo, a former official from Wuhan Merchants Group, to be a lecturer.
Based on theory and practical cases, Lan conducted key training focusing on four areas: the basic theory of investment promotion and the current investment situation, investment models and method innovation, investment project planning and packaging, investment team building and related personnel training and growth.
Officials said the training is the first phase of a series of business capacity improvement training.
They said the company's human resources department will continue to focus on themes.
These include regional investment promotion policies, industrial policies and channel expansion (including expert database construction and university cooperation).
Other themes include financial service basic data organization (regional enterprise, land, park basic data, etc.) and organizing special lectures and other training forms to achieve a systematic overall improvement of business teams in thinking, practice, literacy and other aspects.
