E-Town Capital recognized for HR management
Beijing E-Town International Investment & Development Co -- also known as E-Town Capital -- was selected as a 2019 China HR Good Employer for its practical exploration into corporate human resource management and corporate culture construction.
That’s according to a statement released at the 10th (Beijing) Human Resources Expo held in Beijing, the organizers said.
Some 1,500 business representatives from well-known companies attended the event. Among them were representatives from BAIC Group, Alibaba, IBM, 360 Group, industry experts and academics, human resource managers from groups and institutions and industry media.
During the expo, HR experts in various fields and business leaders discussed the topic of "new challenges and new ideas faced in the development and transformation of human resources organizations in the global interconnected world in the 5G era."
A company spokesman said that since its establishment, E-Town Capital has always regarded talent as an important component of corporate development strategy, and has carried out nurturing of human capital from a forward-looking perspective.
He added that through key tasks such as staff recruitment, training and employee development, the company has established a human resources management system that meets the company's development needs -- ensuring that the company's rapid development always has strong human capital support.
In recent years -- with the company's positioning as an industry-financial services platform and industry investment platform serving regional development -- human resource management has gradually promoted the corresponding upgrade of the human resource management system through the interactive promotion of various mainline tasks, the spokesman added.
