The opening ceremony of Beijing E-Town International Internet Industry Research Institute Co, organized by the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area administration committee, Centrin Data Systems Co. and the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area SME service center, was held on June 30. It was the beginning of the Beijing E-Town International Internet Industry innovation center.

E-Town is the only industrial area in Beijing which enjoys State-level economic-technological development area policies and national high-tech zone designation. E-Town's visions, expressing its purpose, are "innovation drives development; science and technology create the future", and "an academic, technological innovation, and industrial innovation highland". The Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area has instituted "four+four" planning of high-tech industries focused on integrated circuits, new display, biomedicine, industrial internet and intelligent manufacturing to create an innovation center of global influence.

"Internet + manufacturing" no longer applies only to large-scale, automatic and intelligent development; it now is used to improve quality, efficiency and savings. There is also a role for internet technology in managing industry to achieve small batch multi-species products that are professional in design and manufacturing and thus successful in the market.

The International Internet Industry Research Institute will generate innovation by integrating resources, seeking cooperation to cover any gaps and providing theoretical support of industries' research.

E-Town Capital supported the development of the international industry institute by establishing an industrial fund. The value of the investment was based on strategic thinking and judgment of business trends. 

Just as the internet is "virtual-real", an academic research service system operating like a "brain" has significant meaning in building diverse industrial investment. 

E-Town Capital will actively participate in the operation and management of the new E-Town internet industry institute to support its development.
