Beijing E-Town International Financing Guarantee Co (also known as E-Town Financing Guarantee) established the Entrepreneurship and Innovation-Friendly Technology Financial Service Alliance on Oct 16, along with nine major financial institutions in the banking, fund, insurance, securities, and investment sectors.

The alliance is expected to support two entrepreneurship and innovation incentive plans newly-launched by Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area, or BDA, following the opening of the 2002 National Mass Innovation and Entrepreneurship Week BDA branch.

The alliance will jointly create a friendly technology financial service system with the three-strand structure of "innovation + industrial + capital ".

By encouraging the establishment of industrial funds, venture capital, investment-loan linkages, financial leasing, technology insurance, technology guarantees, intellectual property pledges and other diversified services, the alliance will help BDA to accelerate the development of innovative technologies, products and services.
