Every year, Oct 15 is White Cane Safety Day. On Oct 15 "the light of ocean" charity concert and the donation ceremony of "the light of ocean" cataract extraction fund were held in the Beijing Exhibition Theatre. E-Town Financing Leasing Co., Ltd. donated 300 thousand RMB to "the light of ocean" for cataract operations and for training in advanced cataract extraction technology. 

All the money raised in this charity concert will be used for charity projects and to help impoverished blind people.

Since 2014 E-Town Financing Leasing Co., Ltd. has donated more than 200 billion RMB to healthcare, especially in ophthalmology, to support the reform of the national medical system and improve the level of counties' medical services.
