E-Town Guarantee joined hands with E-Town Real Estate, E-Town Technology Innovation Company, asset appraisal firms, banks and other co-organizers on April 9 to hold the launching ceremony of the E-Town Real Estate Intellectual Property Service Center.

Marking the establishment of the E-Town Real Estate Intellectual Property Service Center, the event also indicated upcoming increased matching between banks and enterprises by way of intellectual property pledge financing of hi-tech firms.

As the first group of service agencies, five institutions including E-Town Guarantee will be committed to providing services such as intellectual property financing consulting, loan guarantees, and asset evaluation for enterprises in the park, bringing financial resources to technology firms with independent intellectual property rights and solving their financing difficulties.

During the activity, representatives of five service agencies and high-tech companies described the methods and procedures of intellectual property pledge financing, with illustrative cases.

E-Town Guarantee will now connect with enterprises in the park to develop intellectual property pledge financing services.
