A total of 11 enterprises from the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Zone were listed, and Beijing E-Town International Investment & Development Co., Ltd. (E-Town Capital) and its subsidiary Beijing E-town International Financing Guarantee Co., Ltd. were also selected.

Starting in 2022, the capital's spiritual civilization construction commission, in collaboration with multiple departments, launched the "Creating a Trustworthy and Civilized Beijing through Hundreds of Industries and Thousands of Enterprises" activity across the whole city. "Conducting the Selection of Trustworthy and Civilized Exemplary Models" is one of the key tasks of this activity.

This selection campaign follows the principles of strictness and practicality, with an emphasis on quality and effectiveness. The selection process involves a series of procedures including enterprise application, industry (zone) recommendation, qualification verification, credit review, expert assessment, departmental review, and public announcement. Candidates are selected based on basic indicators and industry indicators (regional indicators) and evaluated strictly.

The selection reflects the comprehensive strength and outstanding performance of both E-Town Capital and Beijing E-town International Financing Guarantee in forming a sound credit system, standardized operational management, implementing social responsibilities, and strengthening civilization construction.
